Working while you are pregnant can be an undertaking in and of itself. You may be worried about the challenges that come with work and pregnancy, wondering if you can handle them together. Most women are able to continue working by making a few adjustments in their daily lives.

If you feel you are dealing with pregnancy harassment in Los Angeles, get help. You do not need to be working in a hostile atmosphere. Stress at work can be one of your biggest problems. Find people who are willing to lend you a hand and do not be afraid to ask.

Morning sickness is a major factor for many women. Sadly, morning sickness does not keep itself regulated to the morning. Knowing that it can hit you at anytime; you need to be prepared. Keep crackers handy and be sure you keep yourself hydrated. Stay away from any smells that could trigger your nausea.

Fatigue becomes a constant companion for most women while pregnant. Knowing your body and when it will need a rest is something you will have to work out. If your job has built in break times, close your eyes and take a ten-minute power nap. Allow a few breaks a day where you can step outside and get a little fresh air, this always helps.

As your body changes you will find that it becomes more and more difficult to be comfortable. Try and find ways to make your job easier, even if you have to bring a pillow from home. Be sure to take frequent stretching breaks.

Overall, stay healthy while you continue working.
